Theatre History/Description:  Founded in 2009 by local actress and PR professional Kim Furlow and her husband in order to fill the cultural gap west of I-270, Dramatic License Productions' mission is to engage, inspire and inform diverse west St. Louis County audiences through thought-provoking, professional live theatre, musical and educational experiences.

In Feb. 2010, DLP opened Dramatic License Theatre, an 85-seat black box theatre in the ARTropolis arts district in Chesterfield Mall, and presents five to seven high-quality theatre and cabaret performances annually, children and teen summer drama camps and theatre-related educational outreach to non-profits serving children.
